"I have a couple of pet hates in Hollywood. Travolta, Cruise, and Kidman the
whole Scientology gang are a bunch of creeps. People have said, "Oh, you mustn't say
that in print, or they'll put a rattlesnake in your mailbox!" [Laughs] They're
vindictive towards even whispers of criticism. The main chapter hanging up Hollywood
Babylon III is the one on Scientology. Did you see Battlefield Earth?
It's the most laughable piece
of crap I've ever seen, and now Travolta says, "I'm going to make a sequel."
Fine. They can drain more Scientology money into it. I encourage them to make Battlefield
Earth 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. [L. Ron] Hubbard was such a lousy writer.
Spanish Court acquits
Scientologists
Just to put this "big win" of Scientology into perspective, the last information
I got
from Spain was a telephone call from the last complainant who was left in
that case.... John Caban... who was lamenting that all the previous
criminal complainants (those who had been wronged..), which included one
by Pedro Lerma whose civil lawsuit -- and it was the cult's efforts to
crush that civil litigation that grew into the "Spanish criminal
indictment" -- had been harassed incessantly and then "bought off" by
Scientology to "settle" the matter. Having no complainants left to
testify, all the prosecutor was left with was "illicit association" - and
not one of the original complainants - to testify. And all this in a
country for which $1 US = 172 Spanish pesetas. Scientology's money goes a
long way in Spain.

Imagine if you entered a carnival crazy house of mirrors, in it you were told
"what is true for you is true for you" and you were not allowed to speak to
anyone that had found the door?
The only people you could talk to were also wandering around inside... clutching
checksheets, routing forms, and course packs...all designed to send you to the next
mirror, in a controlled and orderly fashion...while stressing repeatedly that the guy that
built the maze was to be "duplicated exactly', and everywhere you looked you saw his
picture....
Note the similarity of carnival showmaster P.T. Barnum's "The Show
Must Go On" to L Ron Hubbard's "Make it go right" Abe Lincoln said
"You can fool some of the people all of the time, You can fool all of the people,
some of the time, But you can't fool all of the people, all of the time ", and
Hubbard went one step further, figuring out a way to handle this:
This is what the lawyers are for!

Testimony under
oath by Ex-Scientology operative Frank Oliver from court transcript
Page 9: "Mr. Oliver will testify that upon his
leaving the church he was declared a suppressive person,
and he has been the target of such attacks as well.
There is actually a Department of Special Affairs, this
OSA Department that Mr. Howd is a member of. Check lists
on how to carry out such drills as targeting someone,
turning them into a criminal, and creating an engagement
upon which they can rely for their propaganda. You will
hear him testify about how a twin was used, and you will
actually see this in the videos. Where you see two
females together, that is actually part of their tactics
on using a twin. You will hear him testify about the way
everybody had scanned outside, be a witness, assumed the
action took place, and then turned around. That this is
not all coincidental, its part of their tactics. They
are actually taught this and they rehearse this. Mr.
Oliver will testify to that."

Q Is there an understanding on how the law and
the court system is to be used by Scientology?
A Its just another tool that is used to harass
individuals, and if the individual doesnt have money and
you really want to get somebody you can bankrupt somebody
in a court.
Q Is that commonly done?
A Yes, it is.
Q What about the criminal law system?
A Anything they have to do.
Q And thats actually taught to you?

" no more than a mockery of religion. Scientology as
practiced is in reality the antithesis of a religion" Supreme Court Justice Crockett - Australia 1980
"That these defendants were willing to frame their critics to the
point of giving false testimony under oath against them and having them arrested and
indicted speaks legions for their disdain for the rule of law. Indeed, they arrogantly
placed themselves above the law, meting out their personal brand of punishment to those
'guilty' of opposing their selfish aims. -- Judge Richey in the sentencing of
Mary Sue Hubbard and ten other Scientologists in October 1978 -- US District Court,
Washington DC.
" Scientology is evil; its techniques are evil; its
practice is a serious threat to the community, medically, morally, and socially; and its
adherents are sadly deluded and often mentally ill... (Scientology is) the world's largest
organization of unqualified persons engaged in the practice of dangerous techniques which
masquerade as mental therapy."
--Justice Anderson, Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia
"The government is satisfied that Scientology is socially
harmful. It alienates members of families from each other and attributes squalid
and disgraceful motives to all who oppose it; its authoritarian principles and practice
are a potential menace to the personality and well being of those so deluded as to become
followers; above all, its methods can be a serious danger to the health of those who
submit to them... There is no power under existing law to prohibit the practice of
Scientology; but the government has concluded that it is so
objectionable that it would be right to take all steps within its power to curb its
growth. " --Kenneth Robinson, British Minister of Health
"Ultimately Wollersheim became so convinced auditing was causing him psychiatric
problems he was willing to risk becoming a target of "freeloader debt" and
"fair game." Evidence was introduced that, at least during the time relevant to
Wollersheim's case, "fair game" was a practice of retribution Scientology
threatened to inflict on "suppressives," which included people who left the
organization or anyone who could pose a threat to the [212 Cal.App.3d 880] organization.
Once someone was identified as a "suppressive," all Scientologists were
authorized to do anything to "neutralize" that individual -- economically,
politically, and psychologically.
After Wollersheim left the organization Scientology leaders initiated a "fair
game" campaign which among other things was calculated to destroy Wollersheim's
photography enterprise. They instructed some Scientology members to leave Wollersheim's
employ, told others not to place any new orders with him and to renege on bills they owed
on previous purchases from the business. This strategy shortly drove Wollersheim's
photography business into bankruptcy. His mental condition deteriorated further and he
ended up under psychiatric care."
"The crime committed by these defendants is of a breath and scope previously
unheard of. No building, office, desk, or file was safe from their snooping and prying. No individual or organization was free from their despicable
conspiratorial minds. The tools of their trade were miniature transmitters, lock
picks, secret codes, forged credentials and any other device they found necessary to carry
out their conspiratorial schemes." -Federal prosecutor's memorandum to the judge
urging stiff jail sentences for 9 top leaders of Scientology who had pleaded guilty to
criminal charges
"Scientology is both immoral and socially obnoxious... It is
corrupt sinister and dangerous. It is corrupt because it is based on lies and
deceit and has its real objective money and power for Mr. Hubbard... It is sinister
because it indulges in infamous practices both to its adherents who do not toe the line
unquestionably and to those who criticize it or oppose it. It is dangerous because it is
out to capture people and to indoctrinate and brainwash them so they become the
unquestioning captives and tools of the cult, withdrawn from ordinary thought, living, and
relationships with others."
-- Justice Latey, ruling in
the High Court of London
"[The court record is] replete with evidence [that Scientology] is nothing in
reality but a vast enterprise to extract the maximum amount of money
from its adepts by pseudo scientific theories... and to exercise a kind of
blackmail against persons who do not wish to continue with their sect.... The organization clearly is schizophrenic and paranoid, and this
bizarre combination seems to be a reflection of its founder, L.Ron Hubbard."
--Judge Breckenridge, Los Angeles Superior Court
"In addition to violating and abusing its own members' civil rights, the
organization over the years with its 'fair game' doctrine has harassed
and abused those persons not in the church whom it perceives as enemies. "
-Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Paul Breckenridge, June 1984, in the Gerry Armstrong
case
"In January 1980, fearing a raid by law enforcement agencies, Hubbard's
representatives ordered the shredding of all documents showing that Hubbard controlled
Scientology organizations, finances, personnel, or the property at Gilman Hot Springs. In
a two week period, approximately one million pages were shredded pursuant to this
order."
--California appellate court, 2nd. district, 3rd. division, July 29, 1991, B025920
& B038975, Super. Ct. No. C 420153
"It is common knowledge among senior executives of the organization and it is the
policy of CSC that members of the Boards of Directors are mere figureheads, without
authority or control, not for internal corporate reasons, but rather to vest control in
Mr. Hubbard. I have personal knowledge that in order to carry out this corporate fraud, organizational executives have engaged in the
various unethical practices including backdating phony Board minutes and forging signatures. "
--Affidavit of Gerry Armstrong, former member
"When a person is subjected to coercive persuasion [as in Scientology] without his
knowledge or consent ...[he may] develop serious and sometimes irreversible physical and
psychiatric disorders, up to and including schizophrenia,
self-mutilation, and suicide. "
--California Supreme Court, United States v. Lee [455 U.S. 252,257,258 (1982)*/
" Scientologists believe that most human problems can be
traced to lingering spirits of an
extraterrestrial people massacred by their ruler, Xenu, over 75 million years ago. These

"Scientologists secured employment with government agencies perceived to be
enemies of the Church, and signed oaths of secrecy as public officials. In breach of their
oaths of office, they then took copies of confidential documents from the agencies that
employed them and provided them to the Church of Scientology of Toronto."
"The criminal acts of Church of Scientology of Toronto were insidious attacks on two
essential law enforcement agencies in this province. The integrity and effective
functioning of those agencies (the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Ontario
Provincial Police) are of great importance to good government in this province. The
offences _threatened_ such integrity and effectiveness, and I regard each of them as very

The largest domestic spying case in U.S. history was the US vs. Mary Sue Hubbard in
1982. That trial ended in a US Federal Court in Washington DC with the criminal
conviction of members of the Scientology organization. Twenty years later, during this
current period of supposedly heightened national security, defendants and co-conspirators
from that same domestic spying case are providing Wireless Networking and VPN { Virtual
Private Networking ) for United States governmental agencies.
Putting it more specifically, the same crew, from Scientology, that illegally entered IRS
offices, made a wax impression of a key, then went back with a forged key and faked IRS
ID's to burglarize Assistant US Attorney General's offices, and IRS Chief Counsel offices,
and who planted a microphone in a conference room in IRS offices ( see Grand Jury indictment) are now handing out VPN
services- 'Virtual Private Networking' for secure communications between government
agencies?
Wireless! WebConnect is actually a member of World
Institute of Scientology Enterprises (WISE = Scientology see the IRS
Secret closing agreement webbed by the Wall
Street Journal .)The company, Business Tel, which now uses the new
name, Wireless! Web Connect, is still listed in the WISE 2001 directory
From the WISE 2001 Directory:
Business Tel: Deac Finn
6302 Sponson Lane
San Jose, CA 95123-5619
United States
(1) 408-323-0100
WISE is one of the many front
groups used by Scientology, a member of WISE uses Scientology's management data to run
its operations, based upon L Ron Hubbard. They try to keep the Scientology name out of it,
but it is just part of the show.
From WWC's
filing before the Securities and Exchange Commission
Wireless WebConnect! was founded in 1991 under the name Business Tel to integrate the
disciplines of public relations, marketing, inbound and outbound call centers, inside and
outside sales and customer retention activities to round out a full-service subscriber
acquisition model. As of March 1, 2001, there were 90 employees of Wireless WebConnect!.
Wireless WebConnect! started out in the long distance reselling industry where it
established sales offices for a publicly held company in numerous major United States
markets and supported them via a centralized 100-person call center operation.
Deac Finn is actually Gerald T. Finn, or GT Finn, he refers to himself on the following
WWC corporate profile as
G. T. Finn
Founder and President
Mr. Finn spent the 1970's working in various social reform organizations in the New
England area including VISTA (domestic Peace Corps), and the Robert F. Kennedy Action
Corps. He established several community and institution drug rehabilitation programs that
still exist today. In the 1980's he was Executive Director of an international consulting
firm where he assisted business executives in learning and applying the principles of
"Statistical Management & Quality Control" used today in Wireless
WebConnect!. In this position Mr. Finn traveled throughout Europe, Africa, Mexico and the
US servicing clients in many different industries. In 1990 he settled in the San Jose area
and founded Business Tel as a customer acquisition company servicing telecommunications
and high tech companies, which has now evolved into Wireless WebConnect!
The "community and institution drug rehabilitation programs" that he
established are, most likely, franchises of "Narconon", the
Scientology "drug rehabilitation program" that is chiefly used to
recruit the unwary and the vulnerable into the cult.
Gerald T. "Deac" Finn was the one that ran Guardian's office operative Steve
Dardano "The planting of a church member as a volunteer inside the state attorney
general's office to intercept consumer complaints about Scientology" in Boston
Massachusetts. See Dardano Testimony
from Clearwater Commission Hearings. Also from a Boston Globe Article
"We were a conspiracy formed by the church against The Boston Globe, the Attorney
General's office, the Better Business Bureau . . .
and Paulette
Cooper . . ." Dardano added in Clearwater.
"We considered anyone and everyone an enemy of the church."
Gerald "Deac" Finn is also a former director of IMU Services Inc., a
shell corporation associated with the International Association of Scientologists.
See Florida Corporate Records Database
(note: site works best late at night when server is not busy). The address of record for
IMU was 118 N Ft Harrison Avenue, Clearwater FL This was the location in
1990 of an INCOMM mainframe
[closet sized ] and main computer system for Scientology activities in Clearwater. Also
was the Telex communications room for Flag Land Base. Offices for the CMO (Commodores
Messenger Org), RTC Representative, FLB Finance, and International Finance. As well as the
Freewinds Liasion Office. More registries at
118 N Ft Harrison are here.
He is also a former member of the Guardian's Office, the Church's quasi-legal secret
service and intelligence gathering wing, which was dismantled in the early eighties after
a dozen of its members were indicted for attempting to steal documents critical of
Scientology from various government office buildings, including the IRS and the Department
of Justice.
information on the Guardian's Office.)
In December 1994, Gerald Finn was
indicted in Spain as part of a massive state action against the Church of Scientology.
He was one of only two Americans named in the indictment. (The other is Church of
Scientology International President Heber Jentzsch.)
In the 1982 stipulation settlement in US vs MSH there is also a JANET FINN listed, this
may be his wife... (see page 183 of the stipulation)
WWC's Phillip
Jepsen, Senior Vice President Operations, has a Scientology web

Wireless Webconnect lists a number of strategic partnerships worth observing,
particularly one with Intnet, or the Intelligence
Network, Inc., the Florida ISP run by Deac's fellow Scientologists and also ex Scientology
Guardian's Office alumnus George Pilat (see page 247 of US vs
MSH Stipulation) (and his lovely wife Suzi) as well as Bruce Ullman (see page 23 of US vs MSH
Stipulation) (For more information on George Pilate and Suzi, visit the "Where are they now?" Snow White conspirators
website.)
Ullman is George Pilat's partner is also a named unindicted co conspirator in
U.S. vs Mary Sue Hubbard. Ullman was close friends with state witness Michael
Miesner. Michael Mieser provided states evidence in exchange for immunity.
From Stipulations in US vs MSH, page 23
"Also present at this meeting were the defendants Mitchell Hermann and Bruce
Ullman who held the position of Information Branch II Director { in the Guardians
Office of Scientology ] in the District of Columbia. Alverzo showed Meisner the bugging
device which he had brought with him from Los Angeles."
See Michael Meisner in Federal Grand Jury Indictment.
http//www.intnet.net/News.html (Scroll down for the WWC release).
WWC is also involved with
Fortress Technologies, which also has many Scientology connections, including
Scientologist Board Member Kenneth Gerbino. They were sued recently by a Jewish
employee who did not wish to be forced to purchase Hubbard's books for religious
discrimination!
Wireless Webconnect (WWC), a high speed internet connection provider with ties to
Richochet, is also "advised" by the mysterious RC&A Group, as explained in
this press release - The RC&A Group
is named in the Raul Lopez
Lawsuit against Scientology, Also known as the Ostrich Egg Swindle
http//www.wwc.com/press/press20000830.html
Notice, Robert Cefail as listed as contact for . investor relations. You can
read a bit more about the merger on the WWC site at this page
http//www.thercagroup.com/icap_2_news.htm
Robert Cefail is ALSO currently one of the
defendants in this ongoing lawsuit (www.raullopez.org).
New Times LA, a respected local alternative weekly, wrote this story
about the case, which also mentions the Cefails involvement in bilking Lopez out of
his money

Stacy Brooks statement after reading this report:
"When the Dictrict of Columbia Federal Court ordered that the Guardians Office be
disbanded, ' David Miscavige [ head of scientology ] told them "You guys will be
working for me for the rest of your lives"
Deac Finn was AG B1 {"Scientology Assistant Guardian for Bureau 1,
Intelligence" ) in Boston, this is a dirty tricks division that still operates today
under the name of "OSA" office of Special Affairs, which is int he same
department of the same organization board used by Scientology to this day.

"That these defendants were willing to frame their critics to the point of giving
false testimony under oath against them and having them arrested and indicted speaks
legions for their disdain for the rule of law. Indeed, they arrogantly placed themselves
above the law, meting out their personal brand of punishment to those 'guilty' of opposing
their selfish aims.
"The crime committed by these defendants is of a breadth and scope
previously unheard of. No building, office, desk, or file was safe from their snooping and
prying. No individual or organization was free from their despicable conspiratorial minds.
The tools of their trade were miniature transmitters, lock picks, secret codes, forged
credentials, and any other device they found necessary to carry out their conspiratorial
schemes. It is interesting to note that the founder of their organization, unindicted
co-conspirator L. Ron Hubbard, wrote in his dictionary entitled Modern Management
Technology Defined ... that 'truth is what is true for you.' Thus, with the founder's
blessings they could wantonly commit perjury as long as it was in the interest of
Scientology. The defendants rewarded criminal activities that ended in success and sternly
rebuked those that failed. The standards of human conduct embodied in such practices
represent no less than the absolute perversion of any known ethical value system.
"In view of this, it defies the imagination that these defendants
have the unmitigated audacity to seek to defend their actions in the name of 'religion.'
That these defendants now attempt to hide behind the sacred principles of freedom of
religion, freedom of speech and the right to privacy -- which principles they repeatedly
demonstrated a willingness to violate with impunity -- adds insult to the injuries which
they have inflicted on every element of society."
-- Judge Richey in the sentencing of Mary Sue Hubbard and ten other
Scientologists in October 1978 -- US District Court, Washington DC
